    Citeh

So are they the real deal or not?

I was just thinking how people view them? After a good run they might run in to a couple of defeats now and wondered if they have mainly been riding on their good form right now and the defeat is just an one-off, or if we will see them slowing down now?

They have a fantastic front line, but their defence is not that good tbh. Their midfield is pretty decent but not something you would go crazy for.

So will Citeh come straight back from this or are they on their way down?

They will come back. I saw them at the Reebok against Bolton early in the season.

They are too good for anyone else in this league. They are the best domestic team I have seen since us in the 1980s. They are that good when you see them live.

Not as good as us in the 1980s mind......

Attacking wise they are one of the best teams I have seen in a while in the PL, but I'm not so sure about their backline.

I was just wondering, that if people learn how to play them they might not get so many good results in the future. Add to that they have 2-3 liabilities in the team they could run in to problems in the near future.

Not a chance. They are an excellent side taking advantage of a weak league, got a long, long way to go before that shout is right.

I have not seen a team in the 90s or 00s better than them!

I am commenting on the quality of their squad and having seen them play.

Well for a start, at this point in time you simply cannot say they are better than the Manc team who won the treble for example. And I really hate saying that

Man Utd, Mourinho's Chelsea and Arsenal have all had better. I might change my mind if/when this City team actually achieve something though.

And if seeing this Man City team live makes you more of an authority on them, then you'd have also had to have seen those Man United and Arsenal teams live to make a valid comparison.....

                          Errr actually I did.

I do not think that any of the Utd teams in the 1990s were that "great" they beat what was in front of them but that was not great either. Chelsea did not have the funds they have now. Arsenal were not brilliant in the 1990s. And the less said about us for most of the 1990s the better.

The Chelsea Mourinho team as you call it. Which year? Also I have yet to see a Mourinho team that I would call great. They were efficient and ground out results despite spending obsence amounts of cash.

The Arsenal invincible team is a good shout. But I think the quality of football being played by City is better. If they keep this up (let alone improve) then the rest of us are in for a hard time!

But you've seen one Citeh game against bottom of the league Bolton, who have been pretty damn awful all season, and you are proclaiming them better than every team since the 80's.

They certainly have the potential (replace potential with money if you wish ) to be, no doubt about that. But I think it's way too early to say that. Like Chris says, lets wait until they at least win the league before making such bold statements.

Hahahaha so let me get this straight, the Chelsea team who got to the CL semi's and won the league by 12 points with an astonishing record total of 95 points wasnt great but Man City out at the CL group stages and leading the league by 2 points after 15 games are great?

No wonder so many think you are a wum.
