I think they'll win the league this year, Moyes is taking over when both City and Chelsea are unsettled and going through a period of transition too. Perfect time really, they have money to spend and I think their squad is better and more settled than City and Chelsea. Mourinho after that should make his mark, as should Pelegrini.
