I always thought McTominay was a decent player. Not world class but you need workers in a team that can let others shine. People say he wouldn't get near our team but he is better than Endo i would argue. I said a few years ago that i thought he would be good under Klopp as he has an engine and works hard. A bit like how Henderson and Gini thrived under Klopp.

He is probably delighted that he got the move to Napoli now though.

I remember ETH was happy to sell him and maguire to west ham a year ago and both players turned down the move. Ten Hag was lucky because McTominay saved his job last year with a few goals from the bench
