EXCLUSIVE: United will try and bring Scholes back into the fold
Ian Ladyman: Manchester United will make a fresh attempt to bring Paul Scholes back in to the Old Trafford fold after the departure of David Moyes.
Scholes has hardly been seen at the club since doing some work with reserve team manager Nicky Butt earlier this season after becoming disillusioned with what he felt were half-hearted attempts by Moyes to find him a role.
Now that Moyes has been sacked as United manager, the club will do everything they can to fit their former midfield player in to their coaching set-up as they look to retain a connection with the club’s glorious past behind the scenes.
With United set to appoint a foreign manager to replace Moyes the club are concerned that ties with the past could be cut.
Ryan Giggs is now the club interim manager and will be retained whatever happens this summer but Phil Neville could follow Moyes out of the club after serving as a coach under the Scot while brother Gary and David Beckham are pursuing other careers. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

It ticks every box really. What a well of hate all roundOriginally posted by Shaggy View PostMourinho and United would be marriage made in heaven - a cunt managing the biggest gang of cunts in football. It would be intolerable, though Chelsea's boiled piss would be funny.

There's more chance of Brendan going to Manchester United than to Chelsea...... And there's probably more chance of him going to Barca, Madrid of arsenal than either united or Chelsea
Can't see him leaving anfield though to be honest - unless somebody pisses him off around power of the club / transfers / what players deserve new contracts etc....

I can't see Mourinho leaving Chelsea, and going straight to Man Utd.
If he does, he's going to kick up a storm about something very soon to try and worm his way out of Stamford Bridge. It'd be even better for him this time around. He won't be following Ferguson, trying to maintain success, but he'd waltz in as the man who should've be chosen, who can build the club from Moyes' failure, with a substantial budget, a large fanbase, a history. It'll be eating him inside. I bet he's got his agent making an indirect approach anyway to test the waters.

You laugh but the German league isn't that competitive is it? I'd be bored of wiping my arse with the other 18 teams (Dortmund is a good team). It's like the Scottish league really.Originally posted by Shaggy View Post
I hope to **** he isn't remotely interested in the job.Was muß, das muß.
