Good to see you on here Dhav.

Unsurprisingly Ferdinand won't be charged by the FA for clattering into Torres from behind on Sunday nowhere near the ball.

Just happens to coincide with strong rumours of him being recalled to the England squad.

The FA are always picking on Rooney mind. Terrible business.
        3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Was it really that bad? Really?

Depends what that means. But it was enough to get a red during the game imo.

I thought it was just a bit of silliness. No worse than Luis tweaking somebody's ear to get a reaction.
              Oh I don't know.

If you did it to someone in the street, you would be charged with assault. Should these things go completely unpunished just because they happen on a football pitch?

But would you get charged with attempted murder for kicking the ball at the head of someone in the street?

                    Then we disagree.

Depends if DBF knows the prosecution.

Perhaps he should be arrested and charged with assault then. Among all the other assaults that occur during each game. That'll learn em.
                        Oh I don't know.

I've seen red cards given for less, but personally, I think it should have been a yellow card.

If it had happened to a Liverpool player, I may feel differently about the whole thing - especially if it wasn't going to be dealt with, because I'm fickle.

It was a clear cut red card any day of the week. It isn't allowed to kick someone just to get a reaction or to have some fun.

If it was a Liverpool player, I'd have pissed myself laughing. Instead, I must take the moral high ground, shake my head, maybe my fists, and wail uncontrollably at the unfairness of it all.
