Its just damned inconsiderate that they make the world wait to laugh at their new manager. Why couldn't they have had the announcement and Fergie grinning and cringily handing over a United shirt to Alan Curbishley, with "Curbs - 1" on the back.

        United are no fun.

Loads of em trying to convince themselves Moyes is amazing. I like this one :

I find it so strange that fans still judge managers on what they've won, as if it's too much like hard work to look more closely at the jobs they've done previously. I always feared we'd end up with a Guardiola type, yet most fans always wanted this. I'd feel much happier with a manager like Moyes, who we've seen can really improve players, gets the most out of his squad and is an astute tactician.

Man U fan on Talksport outside Old Trafford is in tears trying to do an interview. Apparently he was sent home from work due to his emotional state.

Oh dear, what will these 30 year old glory hunting tw*ts do now?

Expect a lot of "Yeah, I used to support Utd when I was into football" comments in a few years. Goodbye shirt sales. Goodbye big sponsors. Hello David Moyes.
                                One tit for another.
