I'm really looking forward to us playing them at Anfield next season.

Man U lead by an ex Everton manager, the atmosphere will be amazing. Especially if he is toiling

                ****ing guaranteed.

I hope Giggs, Scholes and Ferdinand retire this season too.

I haven't heard much from Roy Keane which is surprising.

Keane hasn't said much positive about them in a while, he'll have been excommunicated after his outburst after they got dumped out the CL by Real.

PUH TUH PUH alluded to this yesterday but if this is the best "fact file" they can come up with for "Davey" Moyes then they really are in trouble:

                        DAVID MOYES NEWS CONFERENCE
What made Sir Alex Ferguson give such a glowing reference to the 50-year-old? Here is a factfile on David Moyes:

Started his playing career at Celtic and finished it at Preston, where he played alongside young loan signing David Beckham between February and March 1995. Wow a whole month playing alongside a teenage Beckham is his career highlight!

Ten months after guiding Preston North End to the Division One play-off final, which they lost Moyes took over at Everton, replacing Walter Smith in March 2002.

Handed Wayne Rooney his Premier League debut in August 2002 any manager in the world would have done that as he was a teen phenomenon before selling him to Manchester United two years later for an initial £20m. That £20m really doesn't look that impressive now does it?

Steered Everton to a fourth-placed finish in 2005 and a place in the qualifying stages of the Champions League, only to be defeated by Villarreal. Another loss listed as a highlight

Took Everton to the FA Cup final in 2009, where they lost 2-1 to Chelsea. Yup, that's right, another loss
From the BBC by the way.

This still hasn't sunk in properly yet. At some random moment on the tube I'm going to jump up and punch the air and look rather foolish. Can't wait.
