Hope this is true and they back him to the tune of £150m (transfer funds) in the summer.Originally posted by Shaggy View Post

Word from high up at #mufc remains same that Moyes is backed...
Utd should get rid of him asap. No doubt. He's way out of his depth and he's lost the dressing room. He's clueless. People mentioning Klopp as a replacement - Martinez or even Bruce would do a better job. However, with the World Cup in the summer, the media pressure/scrutiny will be off Moyes (in the summer). This will give him time to work his magic with (hopefully) c£150m worth of new talent. But he's still a ****, limited manager. Come next Christmas, with Utd outside the top four - he'll be gone and Utd could be ****ed for years.
BTW - where do we want them to finish this year? Does sixth give them a Europa spot? If so, I'd like them to finish sixth (behind Everton). Thursday night games in the Ukraine/Russia
Another MASSIVE game

I want them totally out of Europe. Every home match generates them a **** ton of money which could sustain them in some way.
They need to be starved of attention and income so they are forced to downsize or rely more on benefactors while having their balls slowly squeezed by the outspoken fan base and FFP.Was muß, das muß.

Good point. They are run more like a plc than a football club. It's ALL about money and wealth at Old Trafford. They'd be happy to win no trophies but make shed loads of money. Cut the money supply (mainly sponsorship and TV revenue) - the club's value drops. The owners and minority shareholders get pissed off.Originally posted by foresterbloke View PostI want them totally out of Europe. Wish Paddy Power would pay out my Suarez golden boot money early!Originally posted by Bender View PostBookmakers Betfred are to pay out a staggering £200,000 after their Manchester United supporting owner Fred Done took the decision to refund all bets on David Moyes’ side to win the Premier League.
Done has seen his beloved United slump in an alarming fashion this season, with the Champions surrendering their title in calamitous fashion and the bookie is now set to pay back those who have backed United: ‘Anyone who has a bet on United winning the title need only take their slip to any shop and I will refund every penny,’ he is quoted as saying by the Manchester Evening News.Football without Origi is nothing

Originally posted by ~LFCHistory~ View PostThey need 7 points to overtake us and still have to go to the Emirates, Goodison, St James' Park plus they have to play us and City at OT.
Need to keep some perspective on this Mata signing, yes he will improve them but remember Moyes inherited a squad that walked the league last season and after spending 27 million on a CM he has them in 7th place, out of both domestic cups, playing wretched football and having to rely on a combination of set pieces and an 18 year old kid to score goals.
Was muß, das muß.
