Apparently they can appeal to FIFA as the suggestion on the BBC this morning was that the paperwork was sent by Man Utd before the deadline, but received by Real after the deadline. If a deal isn't done presumably he will go in the January window, but he would have an interesting few months until then

If he has to stay he'll have to get his head together and start performing cos he won't want to miss the euros next summer which won't be good news for them being ****. I hope they get dispensation and he leaves. Git them 4th by himself last season.
