In the two games (not much of a sample) Bailly was far better than Musacchio.

Bailly looks like a real talent. Although so did Phil Jones at one point.

Was obvious he was going to go for big money. Did think that maybe the usuals like Madrid or Barca might have a look.

United could have a potential class player, been a beast this season but a relatively new face on the block & maybe a one season wonder. Hopefully he has a ****ing nightmare adjusting.

Cunts can pull money out not a bother to them, this is only the start of it.

Smalling and Bailly have no apparent weaknesses except ball possession. Maybe teams will need to press on them even more next season. Probably plays into the hands of a double decker driver like Mourinho.

both very difficult to get by, quick and good in the air but not that good on the ball... small price to pay I suppose. I'd imagine to remedy that, Mourinho will go after a top class DM or deep lying midfielder who will take responsibility of possession and dictating the ball from the deeper areas.

Are people seriously suggesting that Smalling is so good defensively??

Nobody is saying he's Baresi but he's improved a hell of alot to be fair. Had a good season.

Hopefully him and Bailly have an absolute nightmare.

I don't see anything in Smalling at centre back , he is rubbish and doesn't concentrate thru an entire game , always making mistakes
