You want him there as long as possible. Going forwards they could be pretty decent with what they’ve got in the squad but Mourinho doesn’t play that way so not playing to their strengths.

This. He is making it difficult for the owners not to sack him, especially with his comments in their own back yard. But you can see it coming. He is nice as pie and gets a lengthy contract extension and then he starts to play up to get a big pay off

I really hope he’s there another 3 years. How long is his contract?

Ideally, he needs to at least see the season out to ensure they are as rotten as hell before he leaves
