Usually i'my glad to see him get sacked, but I would have liked him to stay on longer and do more damage.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

£20m slice of the payout. I'm tempted to call him a genius. Anyway, thanks for the hard work agent Mourinho, shame he couldn't have driven them into the ground further but their last caretaker was Giggs, so there's hope things can continue to get worse for a while yet.

Neville talked a good talk at the weekend there.

              Shame it came so soon.
Its going to cost 20m+ to pay him off, then his backroom clingons, then a new manager etc, best part of 40m maybe ???
Dont forget Klopp/Dortmund beat Madrid 4-1 > Jose sacked!!

He's not stupid though. Get that contract signed, even though the writing was already on the wall.
                Quids in, Christmas off.

I really don't understand why they offered him that new contract

Apparently the caretaker manager is going to be external, so not Carrick or Butt

                        Ferguson?

A few years ago, that might have been a possibility, but surely too sick now.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

The wage structure there is ridiculous and with FFP rules this will limit the effect of pouring in money
Personally I think the difference between this season and last is the Mourinho factor, people get tired of him

If he had kept shut, hadnt publicly stated he wanted centrehalves etc.. then he would probably have got more out of the defence, then he starts slagging off Pogba, hes even slagged off Rashford who has been one of his best performers

Also we dont know how much Rui Faria (sp?) contributed to set up and tactics. I suspect quite a bit

I'm very interested to see where Mourinho goes next.

I think he's potentially done at the top level with the sugar daddy clubs. Which one of the big clubs would have him now? I think he only has PSG left now, if Tuchel leaves.

Other than that might we finally see him manage a team with less than limitless finances? I think he'd probably rather take the cushy Portugal national team job over that.

Hasnt there been talk of Inter wanting him back??
