Solid choice to keep them up anyway.
Depends if it is tying up loose ends with a previous employer or something else.
Steve Bruce is also out of work

Would be ****ing excellent if it was a clogger like Hughes or Schteve McLaren.

Imagine trying to manage manchild ****s like Pogba and Sánchez. It’s a tough job for anyone.

He was sacked ages ago though. His severance would be all sorted now surely.

I can't think of anyone else that fits that description though. Fun times!

Southgate as the long term option would be ****ing epic.

I'd not thought of a dual role for him.

Laurent Blanc apparently (from some manc fans commenting on the Guardian). Apparently PSG played decent football when he was manager there but can't recall it myself.

Shame he's gone so quick but 'Mourinho sacked after Liverpool defeat' brightens up a very grey morning!

Should have listened to Bobby Charlton, the only man u legend to speak up and say he didnt want maureen at the club.
Its going to take years to clean this **** up
Bring back jose, 10 more years please.

Long term Simone would be a concern but as long as that doesn't happen they can wallow in mid table for a few years yet... hard to get a more toxic manager than Mourinho though.
