I think the OGS hype was mostly belived by people that don`t follow football , like my parents. They belived every word of it, and can`t belive how I can possibly want him to fail.

Did you see the piece in Dagbladet last week were they blamed janteloven for the joy now that he fails? Cringeworthy stuff.
    at the first paragraph

Yes, there seems to a large % of non footy followers caught up in the Nordman phenomenon. At work the manu contingent increased by 2000% overnight, of which many are looking to distance themselves

    Yes I saw the Dagbladet

What a difference 6 weeks can make. Delighted to be wrong about them building up a head of steam under Dildo. I think it's years and years of basking in their demise only to be left with egg on my face when they have a revival and we drop back behind them. After being caught out numerous times my self defence kicks in and all clarity disappears. Hopefully this time we are putting some serious distance between us and them which will take a while to bridge.

With the league as it is, they'll still be comfortably top 6/7 next year. Eventually they'll hit upon the right appointment and challenge, it'd be hard not to with their resources,

But for now I'm delighted that a lot of you were right and I was wrong.

It's happened exactly as I predicted. Not much of a prediction really as it was so plainly obvious he was out of his depth and would be found out eventually.

Surely they have to sack him before the Summer. I mean they just have to. Will be hilarious when it inevitably happens

Me too, I thought he'd might have some problems next season, he's losing it far too early, he's in danger of getting a vote of confidence before the season runs out.

The problem Man Utd fans also have, is that they say they believe in Solskjaer, but they don't have a reference point like we do with Klopp at Dortmund.

No one knows what his template for success is. He talks a good game in press conferences, but are they going to point to Molde and say, 'this is how he plays?'

It was such an obvious set of events, the honeymoon period followed by a massive drop. The only surprising thing is how quickly it turned to ****. I thought it would be next season.

They have big issues to fix and the wrong manager to fix them. I also wonder if they might bite the bullet in the summer and sack Ole?

Apparently he took them to their old training ground to show them where he, give it giggseh, becks, the nevilles, keane etc used to train back when they were wining stuff WTF?

He hasn't got a ****ing clue, hence the reason he was managing in Norway and not on anyones radar.

The more pertinent point is Ole hasn't won anything. Klopp got Dortmund into CL finals and bundesliga titles against the odds. Any any comparison is pretty absurd/unfair.

I'm not going to crow about Ole being what he is, it was extremely obvious he was too inexperienced and out of his depth. What is annoying is i'd hoped for a few more plucky wins before the end of the season as it now looks like they'll make another change before the summer but it's a long-term project for whoever, with massive pressure so there won't be an awful lot of takers (you'd hope).

United are financially still making huge sums, only if/when that tails off will i be happier.

                                Eve Solskjaer is deluded
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer says he thinks Paul Pogba will still be at the club next season - but cannot guarantee it.

"I think he will be here next season," said Solskjaer.

"Paul has done fantastic for us. We want him to do well. He is a leader in the dressing room.

"If I could guarantee I would say yes. You can't guarantee but I think he will be."

                                .....

Manchester United executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward held crisis talks with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and his assistant Mike Phelan at the club's training ground following a seventh defeat in nine games in the Manchester derby. (Mail)
