I think Bissaka and Maguire will improve them.

But as ever Utd are paying absolute top dollar.

Not sure what other CB they could have got that's significantly better than Maguire. Most are at clubs that don't want to sell.

Sure Maguire will probably improve them, but he is not a player to take them up a level, a CL player if you will. If they end their window with James, Maguire, AWB and Longstaff with improved contracts for Rashford, Lings and DDG, I can't see them being that much better to be honest.
