The team is built around Ronaldo now so I guess he didn’t fit that. If you look at Sarri’s sides the CF is usually quite technical so swapping Dybala for Lukaku makes no sense to me.

United would appear to be doing v well from this deal

So Dybala AND Manzukic for big fat Rom?

          That's mental.

You'd have thought it'd be big fat Rom and cash for Dybala

300m doesn't get you much nowadays does it. A fat bum from Leicester. A full back that can't attack. An attacker that got 5 league goals last season. A guy from the championship with no football ability. Not seen enough of Fernandes but the statsbomb guys put his numbers up and his pass completion is disgraceful and he ran massively hot on his goal streak, takes loads of shots from stupid areas, he looks like a poor mans Pogba and I'm guessing won't match the weird hype around him.

This Dybala guy has a massive red flag across his name. Juventus aren't stupid.

Swapping a player who was potentially world class 3 seasons ago for a useless donkey. Unfortunately, one injury can change a player and it seems Juventus have given up on him after his hamstring injury.

I watched a lot of Juventus games last year and he was terrible. He put in some absolutely Dybalocial performances.

He scored 20+ goals the season before last.

I think Ronaldo joining is the major contributing factor to him leaving not loss of form or injury

He's super streaky though. The ghost is not a nickname that instills confidence.

                        Sorry massively disagree there.

You wouldn't swap a potential £150m asset for Lukaku there's something not quite right there.

If he really is up there with the elite, surely they could fit him in the team with Ronaldo. This could also be Ronaldo's last season at Juve so why would they sacrifice a 24 year old for that. They've put Dybala on the market but are not asking for £100m (which would be his price a couple of seasons back) but a straight swap for Lukaku

There is no way he is the same player that played the 2017/18 season.

Also new manager coming in...you would've thought it could be a fresh start for him. Massive red flags on this one.

I knew that eventually you'd score one

                            So did Lukaku

Feels like a '**** or bust' few weeks for Utd... if they splash £90m on Maguire, swap Lucackoo for Dybala and then land Umtiti/Fernandes, they could be half decent this season... only half decent mind.

Looks like Spuds are trying to hijack the Fernandes deal... he'd be better suited to them - for when Alli/Winks are off form... which is 'regularly'

This also applies to when they are injured
