They keep throwing money at the playing staff and keep ignoring that the non playing staff is the issue

      SSSsssshhhhhhh.

If they keep buying 30year old strikers and players who have had better days, by the law of averages one of them will work out. Even though no one else is prepared to pay their wages.

Neville was in a real mess on Sunday. Despite the fact they had graphics showing that they had spent nearly a billion since 2013 he seemed to think the solution later in the game was to buy more players.

All with Jesse Lingard playing CF. It's too much of a head **** to form anything cogent when commenting on them.

Well, he's right. Their current squad doesn't contain anywhere near the right number of decent players. They have a small nucleus and that is it.
          Oh I don't know.

Yeah but if they've spent £1b and still don't have any decent players then it would appear the fault lies with their recruitment policy and coaching those players. When they bought them they were supposedly better than it appears they've turned out to be

Right. But they still need to buy more (better) players.

Still, let's enjoy it while it lasts.
              Oh I don't know.

Yes. But. They've spent money badly. The most in the league over the last few years.

If they continue to spend money as they have, nothing will change. And I will continue to enjoy it.

There's a raft of problems over there and I don't care enough to list them.

add in 'one of the' before most and you could be talking about Everton

I caught about 5 minutes of TS last week and Perry Groves was calling him the "the Outlaw" Jesse Lingaard "stealing" a new contract from the club.

Fair enough he's not going to turn one down but why would MU countenance offering him a new one?

There must be better ways of wasting £100K each week

Sources: Utd don't expect title bid until 2022

Manchester United's owners, the Glazer family, have sanctioned a three-year plan to restore the club's on-field fortunes, with sources having told ESPN FC there is now an acceptance the team is unlikely to challenge for the Premier League until the 2021-22 season at the earliest.

With traditional rivals Manchester City and Liverpool setting the standard in domestic and European football, the United hierarchy have noted how at Anfield, in particular, they have arrived at their status after rebuilding behind the scenes and backing manager Jurgen Klopp during the German's difficult first 18 months in charge.

In the six seasons since, under the management of David Moyes, Louis van Gaal, Jose Mourinho and now Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, United have finished an average of 21.5 points behind the eventual champions.

Executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward said on Tuesday, during a conference call with the club's investors, that Solskjaer needed to be afforded "patience" in his attempts to overhaul the squad and make United competitive again at the top level of the Premier League.

And sources with knowledge of the club's plans have told ESPN FC that the "patience" of the United hierarchy extends to the belief that the so-called "cultural reset" cited by Woodward last season will require three full seasons, and accompanying transfer windows, before the mistakes of the post-Ferguson years can be properly rectified.

As well as investing in the playing squad, United are also determined to improve their structure off the pitch, with the search for a technical director still ongoing.
                      Oh I don't know.

Good, let's hope that the see Solskjaer as the man to lead them through this period of redevelopment.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

Bissaka’s defending for the goal That’s 3 goals he’s cost them already this season and could have been more with Chelsea and Wolves hitting the woodwork from his errors. He’s pretty decent 1 v 1 and the constant slide tackles must make a good YouTube package but the rest of his game is horrendous.

They want Wenger on redcafe, seems to have been forgotten they've spent the last decade ripping the piss out of his teams
