I went to London for an aptitude test to become an air traffic controller.

Loads of logic tests, spacial awareness etc. I thought I did alright.

Lunchtime comes round so I nipped out for a KFC. I left myself 10 minutes to walk back to the office for the second round of tests.

After 25 minutes of unsuccessfully trying to find my way back, I decided to pack it all in and went home. Can you imagine someone that can't find their way back from lunch having the lives of thousands in their hands?

I did something similar when i was 18. Got an absolute **** job at a timber mill just trying to earn some extra coin so i could get to England. It paid well, but i was super young and it was full of old men who'd worked there forever and were all just pissed off at the world.

I had no ****ing clue what i was doing and was just following instructions and some old prick started yelling at me for not working fast enough.

At lunch i got into my car and called the girlfriend having a bit of a vent about how **** it was, expecting her to say something positive like "Just tough it out, once you get to know them they'll be nicer". Instead she just said "**** that, come around to mine and we can just **** all afternoon" I'd started the car before she even hung up the phone. Boner fully engaged.

The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.

The BBC journalists did league predictions and Chris Waddle genuinely pipped Utd to win the league this year. My Utd supporting mate, who to be fair was probably just trying to wind me up, fancies them to do it as well. Based on what exactly? Spanking a few ****e teams recently..well done! They're miles away

                          I saw that also.

Donny Van der Beek must be a hell of a player. They are LFC circa many many years we have experienced.
