It's great that all of his former team mates in the media are sticking up for him. Not one of them on BT Sport laid the blame at his door. It's fantastic. They're living under some sort of delusion that he's a good manager and the right man to take the club forward. It's all Woodwards / Riola's fault

I find it ataggering he says it takes his players 15-20 minutes to get going in games. Surely a key part of his job is to get these players motivated to be at it from kickoff. He seems to get a free pass from the "pundits" and the press in general tbh, going forwards they've got some decent players and can score goals (pens) but the midfield and defensively they're a mess.

Maguire reminds me of Stones at City in so much the pundits keep going on about he's great with the ball and can pick a pass etc.... that's great a PL player that can pass the ball problem is he's not a great defender and that's what he's paid to do!

The fact that they couldnt get one point from 2 games to qualify is an epic failure.

He is lucky that they have had some jammy results this season in the league because without them then he'd be fighting for his job
