Manchester United and England striker Marcus Rashford escaped unhurt after being involved in a car crash on Saturday night.

The incident happened when Rashford had left United's Carrington training ground in his white Rolls Royce.

Given he fraudulently tried to avoid points, I am surprised that didn’t make it a criminal matter. A weeks wages for being twice the legal limit sounds very lenient for anyone. It has to be more than that surely? I know he has a ban, I just expected it to be a lot more.

With out a shadow of doubt - he should have been charged with attempting to pervert the cause of justice. Absolutely no idea how he has managed to avoid this.
