Of course, 100%.Originally posted by Rigadon View PostDo we want them to beat City on the weekend?
If they were top of the league I'd still want them to beat City, as City are the only team we need to worry about. But they are absolute ****, so now I really want them to win so they will keep faith with ETH and this terrible squad for as long as possible. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

A United win is obviously the result to hope for but to be honest I've never been able to root for them against City (or anyone tbh) and I'll very much enjoy City handing them another hiding. An attitude hard-wired for years, it'll take many more years to shake it off I suspect. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

Not sure i want to see a major beating, Just like Ole, GEtting to the point where you want them to get the odd win to prolong the agony. Its clear Tent Peg is going nowhere with them. The longer he is managing them the better, hopefully a couple more transfer windows at least!_____________________________________
Weak willed, Wank or do they have a masterplan?
Think we have the answer..Slot!!

In the 90's, I probably cheered and enjoyed United losing more than us winning and playing them was the most animated and nervous I'd ever get.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostA United win is obviously the result to hope for but to be honest I've never been able to root for them against City (or anyone tbh) and I'll very much enjoy City handing them another hiding. But they are just so **** now they are almost irrelevant and they probably thought the same about us back then, even though we were convinced we were only a LB, or a CB, or a LW away from overtaking them.
Maybe I'd feel different if I was more local, but Ireland has it fair share of United ******s too. The worst kind, no less, the ones you know have no real interest in football, say they support United and talk **** whenever they are winning. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

not so sure on Ten Haag TBH, he's got backing from Arnold and Murtagh but if both off those go, he's on his own to impress Ratcliffe etc. Ratcliffe won't quickly w/off £70m asset in Sancho as quickly as they have done so far,Originally posted by red g View PostNot sure i want to see a major beating, Just like Ole, GEtting to the point where you want them to get the odd win to prolong the agony. He's not universally liked at Carrington nor in general at Old Trafford and lot in the media find him "prickly"I make no apologies, this is me

As funny as it is to see United lose, every time they sack a manager there's a small chance they get someone decent who is able to improve them.
It was hilarious watching
le using the pay and display when parking at Old Toilet, he flew too close to the sun and got burned.
Ten Ballbag needs to stay for now. Top 4 and last 16 of CL will do fine.
