If they don't win the uefa cup they're even more ****ed, they don't have the money for a rebuild as it is, no Europe and they've no chance.

Hope they give Amorim a couple of years to build the squad and then sack him for someone who plays a totally different system
      * The above is posted in my opinion. Feel free to disagree.

        It is written.

Genuinely mean this - they should have given Moyes more time all those years ago Had they given him 3 or 4 years then he'd possibly have been on the up. Who knows.

Mourinho too. He was giving out about how they needed a couple of defenders and that Pogba was a bad apple. This was before they splashed 130m on Maguire and Wan Bissaka - and Mourinho was proven 100% correct.

They are a basket case now I think. Big Jim has turned out to be a total car crash too. If you wrote a book on how this would go the day Ferguson retired, nobody would have believed it

This is what happens when the devil comes to collect on his deal. I agree with the Moyes point above. If they had admitted sooner that they were not a PL winning team and needed stability ASAP they would have been regular top 4 and occasional league challengers.

But that's not something fans want to admit up front. We should know.

Ten Hag is having a good chuckle at this.... Utd fans are secretly admitting Ten Hag was better

Not having the Moyes argument. Hard to argue that they wouldn't be better off than they are now, but I just don't think he's suited to managing a top team with different expectations.

Feels a bit like those experts who argued we should have gave Hodgson more time.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

Moyes wasn’t helped by having such a poor chief executive tbf to him. They badly botched a few transfers and left him with an aging squad that Ferguson had sun into the ground.

It’s brilliant to see - they’ve got to do some serious wheeler dealer deals this summer to get him some suitable players. Financially on very shaky ground.

And that ambassadorial role is why he never once spoke out against the Glaziers once he stepped down as manager.

A lot of United fans expected Fergie to go in on the Glaziers and their running of the club once he retires but nope.....as always cash is king for Fergie.

Whatever else happens this season, Manchester United will still have spent one day more at the top of the league than Arteta.
