On why Milan can only buy Tevez and not loan him:

Didnt take that line of thought when you loaned Adebayor to Spurs though, did you? Even though you knew Spurs had absolutely no hope of ever paying Adebayor his wage requirements and therefore have zero chance of signing him permanently after the loan deal expires.
