Same principles as the Bosman Case before it succeeded...Can see the EU getting involved especially when it goes through the european court system basing this on competitive rights for companies, assuming Sion FC is run as a limited company by its owners, of course!

How mental. Initially the Swiss FA werent going to punish them at all. So they didnt think it was worthy of punishment. Now they think it's worthy of a 36 point deduction. All because of FIFA's threats
