He's doing well. I like him on this, far btter than Andy ****ing Gray. Maybe thats the problem though, we're comparing him to absolute melts like Shearer, Hansen, Redknapp, Gray and Lawrenson - anyone new is going to look good next to them aren't they?Comment

The one thing Neville doesnt (yet) conform to is Sky's sensationalising of everything, to a cringeworthy extent. That was always Gray's biggest problem. When he didnt do it, he was good. I've not seen Neville do it at all yet.Comment
