Is that right, you see this is where things are not clear. I thought all tackles with both feet leaving the ground are supposed to warrant a red card as leaving the ground with both feet is considered to be excessive force. Oh well who the fcuk actually knows.

There does not seem to be a clear definition or if there is the EPL do not know the rules of the game that they control. I know beachballgate shows the refs in the EPL do not know the rules of the game they control.
