yes craig , transfers fees are the only aspect of football, what about the money theyve recouped? what about the lower wages they pay? they spend within their means, nothing to do with media and the pr machine, this thing called clubs accounts feel free to have a look sometime

You know what NET spending means, dont you?

The lower wages they pay, subsidised by Man City in the case of their top scorer.

If you dont think they benefit from good media PR, due to Harry being a media darling, then you're not paying attention.

They are run brilliantly. Hopefully we have the same sort of stability to build something over time.

Spurs might have a stringent wage cap, but they certainly aren't shy in the transfer market.

The model we have to follow to be successful is one which has brought CL football once in about 50 years?

Arshavin dropped for Chamberlain in the Arse team, no Henry in the squad either.

That wasn't a stamp IMO, he'd just lost his balance

According to the radio the team at the top of the league have just got away with a definite elbow and a definite stamp on the head.

Ok, so once in 11 years.

Are we aspiring to CL qualification once or twice in 11 years then?
