He will be the England manager now.
I don't think he'll leave Spurs if they get 4th, not a chance imo, he'll feel he has time to spend a couple or 3 seasons at Spurs and still manage England at some point in the future.

He's 64 isn't he? A few more years at Spurs and he'll be approaching 70 - no way would England appoint a 70 year old IMO.
Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

I'm only talking 2 or 3 seasons more, think he could do that and still get the job.

Fergie will still be managing then. Craig Brown managing at 70 also, and England would suit Arry at a healthy 67yrs old imo.

Just don't see him leaving Spurs after this season, it's all quite feasible really.

And then the FA can appoint Stuart 'the English Guardiola' Pearce once Redknapp clears off.

I'm guessing that this is why Reece thought it was farcical

It'll have to wait for an airing until the Euros now hopefully

                CONCLUSION

Nobody who sat through all the evidence will be surprised at the jury's verdicts. The prosecution's case appeared to be flimsy at times. In particular, the prosecution never had an answer to a question that Redknapp and Mandaric asked over and over again. Why would two men who had paid so many millions of pounds in taxes over the years try to concoct such an elaborate fiddle in order to save such a relatively small sum of money? After an investigation which lasted nearly five years, both Harry Redknapp and Milan Mandaric have finally cleared their names.
                Oh I don't know.

A single season or even half a season is enough to completely destroy a football managers reputation. Look at Rafa.

The Bodge was the favorite to succeed after Fulham's run in UEFA cup and look at what two years have done for his chances.

I think Harry will find it very difficult to resist managing England if offered to him. And he knows his stock is at its highest now. I really don't think he will wait 2 or 3 years. Unless he has some deep rooted affection for the club which I dont think he has.

My judgement is admittedly clouded by the red mist that 'Arry provides, so I can understand Alex's point of view, in the sense he has been found 'not guilty' by a court of law and I'm ok with that. Just. What I can't get my head around, is why he would open a bank account for such a small amount (in relation to what he has earned) and put it in an account name that is mysterious at best.

I think the more pertinent question is not that he has evaded paying income tax, but what in the blue jebus was he trying to do (or hide)?

Not in a court of law it isn't.

The FA could learn from this.

So basically they have wasted £000's of tax payers money on what ended up being an unproven court case into Tax evasion.
The criminal mastermind they were trying to trap... Harry Redknapp.

                        ...****ing brilliant.
                        Modifying post.

I should have been clearer; to satisfy my curiousity, what in the blue jebus was he trying to do (or hide)?

You don't put under £200k in a bank account in your dogs name, in a foreign country, without telling your accountant for ****s and giggles.

It's a good point though, the FA needs a complete overhaul. Are their fines for red cards still the same, regardless of whether it is in the Sunday league or the Premiership?

if a court of law struggled to clearly show that what harry had done was illegal, then maybe the fa have stepped aside so jt goes to court, meaning that there is a chance jt will get off and their blue eyed boy will be exhonourated. bent *******s.
