if man city win today, this title is already over.
A lot of people seem to have fixated on the fitness issue but I think the end of last season start of this point to other issues:

1/ A defence that was over reliant on Terry and Courtois for organization and lacked recovery pace

2/ Lack of creativity and guile

The latter appears to be a direct result of Mourinho's tactics and personnel choices. He's had a lot of good attacking midfielders leave or turn into Downing imitators on his watch.

Both issues have been exacerbated by them looking not 100% sharp but not been caused by it IMO.

the poor form of terry and ivanovic has surprised me but they don't look right all over the pitch. they just don't look fit enough or up for the fight.

the fact that their fullbacks cant go past the half way line isn't helping their creativity.

They're absolutely gash. In fact they look a lot like us last season.

Can't argue with that really. Well....you could, but it'd be like arguing with an 8 year old.

I can see him stomping around, crying and then sitting in the corner with his bottom lip out.

Brilliant 'gamesmanship' lately from him, but he may just be going a bit too far with this svengali impression.

Roman won't hesitate to throw him overboard if they don't start well in the CL and are 11 points off the pace in the PL.
