Torres you can understand, Luiz similarly he is a player with good technical ability but he has very little positional discipline or even positional awareness and that wouldn't fit into Mourinho's system, but Mata is a very odd one according to the stats on Wikipedia he had 20 goals and 36 assists for them in all competitions last season, moving him on seems crazy.

Luiz has been linked with Barcelona. Fee of around £30 has been suggested. I dare say Mata would go for the same if not more.
