It's like someone on here said the other day, all that bleating about having no strikers - has it ever occurred to him to try to coach them and improve them? i.e. what Rodgers is doing. What Benitez did with us. What any manager worth his salt should do. Improve players. Yet it's not even on his agenda. His answer is always go and spend tens of millions. Thanks very much for being ‘This Mornings’ Farmer’

he's ****ed all of them up....
whatever anyone thinks of the three of them (Ba/Eto'o/torres) all three have played at a decent level previously
yet he's ruined them. they look shot/pissed off/fed up/nervous.
he's not tried anything to get them going. It's like a sunday league manager, he just picks a striker and expects them to go and score but with no tactics or plan for them
if i've counted it right - between the three of them, they've scored 15 league goals all season
Plus iirc didn't Mourinho sign eto'o?? sure he did? so he must have had a reason/idea for wanting to spend £150k a week or whatever it was on himi own everton fans on the internet....that's what i do

Aye, I was making that same point in work. He had proven PL goal scorers at his disposal in Ba and Lukaku, a £50m striker and 2 transfer windows to bring in back up. The fact that he couldn’t cherry pick from the top 5 strikers in the world is hardly an acceptable excuse.Originally posted by Shaggy View PostIt's like someone on here said the other day, all that bleating about having no strikers - has it ever occurred to him to try to coach them and improve them? i.e. what Rodgers is doing. If Rodgers had Lukaku, Torres and Ba in his squad, you can guarantee they’d be one of the top scorers in the league. If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

He has no interest in developing players. Its pretty obvious from his track record. All he wants is for the owner to buy who he wants at some stupid price. Does it at every club he has been at.
His argument about being a great season to still be in touch with us is laughable. He spent over £100m. He is lucky he has Hazard who has been brilliant this season for them
Doubt Mourinho could turn a club round like Rodgers and Martinez have done and probably has zero interest in trying. Wont go down as a great for me

Especially as he pinned all his hopes on Oscar who has barely done a thing second half of season.Originally posted by Sarb View PostHe has no interest in developing players. The gamesmanship (cheating) that he encourages on the pitch too - horrendous anti-football that not even Allardyce can match.
