Mourinho Post match interviewI have only four things to say. Congratulations to my players because they gave what they have and what they don't have. Congratulations to Sunderland because they won. Congratulations to Mike Dean because he made a fantastic performance and congratulations to Mike Riley because what they did during the season was fantastic for the way the championship is. So Congratulations to all of them, I have nothing more to say. You'll Never Walk Alone

Useless **** was busting a gut to look good in that game, so he gets the nod at Anfield. Dropping back, crossfield passes, complete lack of talent where it matters....Originally posted by brightred View PostHe looks like he's on the verge of a breakdown.
Great to see our old friend Torres looking like he needs to take a really big ****.

Originally posted by Jose MourinhoI will not wait for your questions, but in quick four points I can say what I want to say. You can ask me what you want but I will answer exactly the same way.
The first point is to congratulate my players. They did everything they could, they fought from the first to last minute. We praise players after victory and I think it's fair to praise my players after a defeat.
Secondly, congratulations to Sunderland. It doesn't matter how, or in which way, they won but they won. I think it's also fair to congratulate them.
Third point, I want to congratulate again. This time Mike Dean. His performance was unbelievable and when referees have unbelievable performances it's fair to congratulate them. He came here with one objective, the objective to make a fantastic performance and he did that.
Congratulations to Mike Riley, because he is the referees' boss, and what they're doing all season is fantastic, especially in the last few months, especially for the teams involved in the title race, and I also congratulate Mike Riley.

Glen Hoddle said it's typical Mourinho deflecting away from the poor performance, very shrewd, tongue in cheek, blah, blah, blah.Originally posted by Tatterdemalion View PostCould some-one please tell me what Redknapp said in his comments re Mourinho?
thanks.
Jamie Redknapp let him finish and then said he's either box office or embarrassing. Now, he's embarrassing. A lot of decisions have gone Chelsea's way (West Brom), sometimes they go for you, sometimes against you but he needs to look at his players and his team. Lose at Villa, lose at Palace, lose at Sunderland. That's what cost them, not the referees and they've spent enough money to beat those teams.

I heard him say that what Maureen said today was embarrassing, Hoddle wasn't having it though, shrewd he said, taking pressure off the players he said.Originally posted by Tatterdemalion View PostCould some-one please tell me what Redknapp said in his comments re Mourinho?
thanks.

edit: Yeah, what Muddled said.

I think it is typical Mourinho. I've never been sure how much it is shrewd but it has almost never been tongue in cheek. It is calculated and designed to put pressure on referees and deflect people from questioning his team and his personal decisions. Mourinho is obviously a tedious, hypercritical, bullying wind bag but so far in his career these tactics have served him well.Originally posted by Muddled View PostGlen Hoddle said it's typical Mourinho deflecting away from the poor performance, very shrewd, tongue in cheek, blah, blah, blah."The man who never alters his opinion is like standing water, and breeds reptiles of the mind."

Don't believe that for one moment, today was pure anger, burning deep inside, he barely contained it, nothing calculated at all, just a burning desire to tell everyone about how hard done by he is, and how unfair it all is when he loses.Originally posted by dww View PostI think it is typical Mourinho.
