Calling someone a 'slut' in the heat of the moment, imo, is recounting some sort of incident that's happened in the past.

What about the other medic bloke? Was his job downgraded too? He did same, no?

I'd say he most likely did that because of her gender and nothing more.

The John Fearn is not going to be on the bench for one match, she has been permanently removed, at least that is what was reported at the time.

Jose Mourinho stands by criticism of Eva Carneiro

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has stood by his criticism of club medical staff.
Dr Eva Carneiro and physio Jon Fearn were criticised by Mourinho after they left his side with nine men against Swansea by treating Eden Hazard.
They will not be on the bench for Sunday's match at Manchester City, but he has not ruled out their return.
Mourinho met with his medical staff on Thursday and says they have a "good relationship."
"Jon Fearn and Dr Carneiro will not be on the bench," said Mourinho. "But that doesn't mean they cannot be in the future. It is my decision. "
Asked if he regretted his outburst, Mourinho said he had an "open relationship" with his medical staff that was "open to disagreement."

This is where football is different from most other employers, if you were working elsewhere and a manager gave you a bollocking for doing your job correctly and as a result you were demoted or your duties were changed, that manager would be disciplined and you would be restored to your position (because the company would be worried about a constructive dismissal case being brought). In football you seemingly have to put up with **** from arseholes like Mourinho, because Mourinho is seen as much more important to the club than they are.

His big purposely fake laughter when a decision goes against him is yet another thing that pisses me off about him. All top managers seem to have some element of cuntishness about them. I think I've come to the conclusion that Rafa is one of the very few top managers who doesn't. And I'd say he's still a massive pain the hole to work under. But Mourinho is definitely the most ego-maniacal, unfunny, self-unaware, paranoid ****er out there at the moment by some distance.

I thought he had a sly dig at her tbh, with his comment about how many medical staff they have, and how some of them think it's important to be on the bench, and others do their work in the background and are happy to do so, contributing.

The guy is clearly a poisonous ****stick but I think he might have been mistranslated here. According to Portuguese press he said 'filho de puta' which is 'son of a bitch'. Puta on its own can mean slut but not in the context he seems to have used it. I'm any case he's still a cunt
