Haha, I was going to point out he was getting a bit carried away with the Ranieri one.

He's doing well at Leicester this year surprisingly, but much like Advocaat and Sherwood, it will only last so long before normal service resumes.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

I liked Ranieri but you're probably right.

suspended one-match stadium ban and fined £50,000
Mourinho's ban will only be enforced if he repeats the offence within a year.

What's £50k to him - Quarter of a week's wages maybe, possibly less?

Pointless fine, a bit like when UEFA used to fine whole countries 50k cos their fans were racists chanting or whatever. Hit him where it hurts with a stadium ban for 3 games.

He actually looks more like this bloke than himself in the first picture. (I know that statement is; in a way, impossible, but you know what i mean.)

I think your assessment is slightly unfair on all those managers. They are clearly not top class (which Mourinho undoubtedly is) but Advocaat and Ranieri have done well in some situations and terribly in others.

With Sunderland you could tell Advocaat knew the club were a bad choice this season but tried anyway. Leicester were well set up and Ranieri has not broken anything whilst bringing in extra depth. I think it is the type of job he is good at.

It would be interesting to know who was making the player choices when Ranieri was first at Chelsea as the squad building was phenomenal and hasn't been matched since by them or people like Man City IMO. Ranieri did a good job bringing that team together but he would never have been as successful with them as Mourinho was.
