They'll sack him and United will be all over him like a rash. He hated it in Spain cos they didn't take his ****. He won't go back there.

Made for each other. I can't believe I wanted him here.

Would be ideal too, Utd need as much a rebuild job as Chelsea. And we know how well he's rebuilding the latter.
        One tit for another.

I dont think the Scum would take him. He's got seriously limited options.

Some reports claiming Roman has lined up JUANDE RAMOS if Mourinho goes

If Mourinho does get sacked and gets £40m compensation, he should give it all to good causes. I know he's within his right to keep it of course but these contract pay offs really irk me when in the real world people are struggling. Brendon got about £7m for ****ing up the club. It's disgusting.

The russian should not sack him. He should make him train their academy kids. His ego would soon waive the contract payout to get away

But it's not the real world though is it? In what real world job do you have to give 4 years notice to quit?

And if you get let go do they pay out your notice period?

                  So yeah.....

I think you're missing my point.

They're not getting money for nothing. They're tied down to a massive notice period and they get paid out the notice when they get let go.

It's not like it's just a case of here's 7m for lols kthxbye!

Agreed, despite some of the vermin they employ and have employed in the past I reckon they'll think they are way above the sort of antics he brings, even before how hopeless he's been this season.

No lump sum for Mourinho - reports

Jose Mourinho will not receive a lucrative pay off from Chelsea if he is sacked, reports the London Evening Standard.

The under-pressure manager is under contract until 2019. When he was sacked by the club during his former reign, he received around £18m in compensation.

But a new policy at Chelsea means that if sacked, he will continue to be paid his £163,000 a week wage until he finds a new job, rather than being given a lump sum.
What do you mean it could've been anyone? Name me one person who's got a grudge against penguins

If true that makes things interesting. A bit of a sabbatical might be on the cards... let people forget what a pigs ear he has made of this season.

No I think you're missing the point that I get the point.

In the real world you don't get paid £7m for abject failure, in the case of Brendan Rodgers, for example.

Anyway, it seems that my viewpoint has been backed by recent reports about the new policy in his contract.
