Of course he's a good manager, doesnt make him perfect though. The handling of the keeper situation was absolutely comical all while Joe Hart was miles better than the rest and he's testing out David James and Rob Green in a world cup!

Then theres Gerrard playing great in the middle so he puts him on the left wing. Then thinking Gareth Barry is a similar player to Didi Hamann. Having Emile Heskey in the world cup squad let alone giving him games was ridiculous! Playing Upson over Carragher v Germany. He's clearly a great manager or at least was but it was a comedy of errors.
