Thanjk you.

I think Megson was quite outspoken and I don't think many of the fans warmed to him.
Still, Huddersfield, Sheff United and Sheff Weds fighting for that automatic spot alongside Charlton will be interesting. I wonder if Sheff Utd fans have warmed to Danny Wilson yet?

Didn't the same thing happen to him at Bolton?
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
It's certainly possible, I think he's been sacked from nearly every single managerial role, most of which he hasn't held for more than one year, two at a push. Odd.

He did bugger off from Leicester after Mandric became chairman/owner but I think that was volentary.
But it British football for you. The same proven failures getting job after job.

Wouldn't say he's been a failure at Wednesday though, League 1's a tough league to get out of and they were on course to be in the mix for automatic promotion.
You only need to look at how long it took Leeds and Southampton to get out of it to see how tough it is. Same goes for Charlton really.
Sheffield Wednesday have appointed Dave Jones as their new manager, BBC Radio Sheffield understands.
Jones, 55, replaces Gary Megson, who was sacked on Wednesday despite steering the club to third position in League One.
The former Stockport, Southampton, Wolves and Cardiff manager will be confirmed as the Owls boss on Friday.
Chris Evans, Megson's assistant at Wednesday, will take charge for Saturday's match at Rochdale.
Former Wednesday captain Darren Purse has backed Jones for the job.
The 35-year-old Plymouth defender told BBC Radio Sheffield: "I played for Dave for four years at Cardiff; he's a great manager. He could be the man to take the club forward."
