Because I like and respect him, hence I think it'd be better to now wait till the end of the season and hope to make to make a change with Kenny moving upstairs.

Yes but last season we had a better first team and a more suitable one, the changes we have made have taken us the wrong way. Yes he could make it better next season, but I have no confidence that he could. We are restarting next summer in rebuilding once more, we have nothing to build upon this year and now what had been Kenny's greatest asset, motivation is now seriously questioned.

Completely overboard. He was a constant threat to Arsenal today. Sagna was diving all over the place. If Mancini takes him off, who is left. The rest of them had no energy. He had to leave him on.

I agree with giving time when there is signs of progress, but right now we have only seen regression and Kenny doesn't seem to know how to get us to move forward, that is why I think it'd be best all round if he stood down at the end of the season.
