HE wanted to counter Chelsea 4-5-1 with the same formation.
Unless you drop Suarez, or play him wide, that leaves no room for Carroll. That of course assumes our five man midfield could match theirs.
If we had equalized after the swap, people would have questioned Chelseas tactics, and proclaimed Dalglish as a shrewd tactician. Perhaps his only mistake was not making the change earlier. He played like possessed and I'd like to see what he can do till the rest of the season.
Yesterday, for the first time, I have seen certain things in his game that I didn't think he had in his repertoar.
