Seems crazy to me, a young player we've over paid for fair enough, but one with potential and age on his side, if we're looking at taking the hit many say on the sale then it's madness, especially if we go out and pay nearly 10mill for a near 30yr old Dempsey with little or no sell on value.

We will not have a single ounce of credibility left in the transfer market and people will be rubbing their hands together in anticipation of liverpool arriving at the negotiation table.
Carroll should stay and fight for his place.[B]Sir Isaac Newton knew the universal law of karma - any action has its equal and opposite reaction.[B]

I think he would like to stay and fight but if the manager doesn't want him then what choice does he have?

carroll has no sell on value, unless he scores 30 goals a season every season but the fact we paid £35million make it nigh on impossible to make anything other than a huge loss on this deal...best option for lfc is swap him for other players usefull to BROriginally posted by Vermilion View PostSeems crazy to me, a young player we've over paid for fair enough, but one with potential and age on his side, if we're looking at taking the hit many say on the sale then it's madness, especially if we go out and pay nearly 10mill for a near 30yr old Dempsey with little or no sell on value.

Theyre not going to.buy him back ffs.
Theyre going to use him for a season and tell us to do one. whatever.price we negotiate with.them before the loan you can divide that by two and thats closer to what they will pay.
No more loans. Havent we learned anything.[B]Sir Isaac Newton knew the universal law of karma - any action has its equal and opposite reaction.[B]
