Thanjk you.

Its a massive error of judgement and one that shows naivety imo. At least see the guy.in training and then assess his merits. How can players respect a manager who says.he wanta to build team spirit when he bombs out a player without giving him a chance.
Its just wrong and it shows how few football people remain at anfield in key footballing roles.
I'd be a bit worried if Rodgers needed to see him in training to make some sort of judgement!
Players are fickle, if he's involved with them, training is fun etc everything will be fine. Some of these cunts need their arses kicking in to gear anyway (not Andy)
I still think he has been improving and could do a good job for us next season. I don't see the point in Newcastle paying £17m in a year being a good thing for us as we can't spend the money on his replacement for a year, and if he goes we need at least one more striker and will have lost Kuyt, Maxi, Aurelio Carroll and maybe some others and will only have a raised a couple of million to replace them with this summer.
The only gracious way to accept an insult is to ignore it; if you can't ignore it, top it; if you can't top it, laugh at it; if you can't laugh at it, it's probably deserved.
Have to say that I am disappointed that BR has seemingly written him off without having the benefit of seeing him in training first hand. Pre-judging him is a touch out of order and I just cannot see him staying now. Just hope, for the sake of our reputation, that its not on loan and is a permananent deal.
I kindly Disagree with your point. Good Sir.
He would have had plenty of chances to asses, speak and watch Andy Carroll through various mediums. He does not need to see him in person and watch him trade. Afterall Voronin was meant to be Amazing in training as was El Zhar...
I just want good leadership and management. Get rid completly or Keep and use him.

You cant make a judgement on anyone without seeing them up close quarters.

Because there not stupid to pay that amount of money knowing he's not worth it ...get him on loan then either send him back or negotiate a lower fee
It does have the look of the Aquilani deal

A leopard can not change his spots, what else can Carroll show in training that he hasn't done in a match?
Rogers doesn't fancy him, thats good enough for me.
As for Carroll, I think he's releasing all the "right noises" to the fans to make the club look like bad for forcing him out. He's probably doing a little jig in excitement at getting back to the Toon, who coincidentally "forced him out and he never wanted to leave anyway like, honest"
