    My wife got tickets for Coventry games, however I refuse to have anything to do with the Olympics,so wont be going, but don't think I will be missing anything,the games at Coventry are ****e.
    It's a prediction thread on a wish list.

      Ive got tickets for the qtrs at St james park or sports direct arena and semis at old trafford, got tickets when still lived in the North but now live in the middle of no-where in Scotland so gonna see if the two teams are worth going to see myself

          Talk in Uraguay is that he will be. Along with Lugano and possibly Forlan if he's fit. Coates will defiantly go.

          Tim Vickery was talking about it today on Talksport.

              They seem to be saying that the Coach will justify it because of the lay off he had due to the ban. Apparently the Olympic football means as much as the World cup to Uruguay. They class there 2 wins as equal to the 2 world cups they won.

              It'll be a bit of a piss take if he gets taken there. Although its only 2 weeks, and if he wins him and Coates will come back full of beans again.

              It does mean that he will only have half a preseason with us though, as it finishes the week before the league starts.

              I was looking forward to seeing what he could do after a full preseason and rest.

                Surely he doesn't need to justify picking his best players for what they regard as an important competition.

                    Players who play at the Olympics are never ready to start the league season. Suarez would probably not be available for us until September at the earliest.
