Lets hope not (i'm hoping he joins us )

I also hope he's not stupid enough to follow Fergie.
    We come not to play.

      Barca - New Manager?

So who do you all think they should go for?

Luis Enrique & Beilsa are the names that are being touted around at the moment.

Whoever it is, they will have massive boots to fill. There certainley wont be any settling in honeymoon period.

Marcelo Bielsa, Luis Enrique, Laurent Blanc and Andre Villas-Boas have been linked with it this morning.

I can't see others being in the running other than Bielsa and Enrique to be honest. I know there will be the odd murmurs of Wenger, but not a chance for me.

        Bielsa all the way.

          Bielsa a shoe-in I reckon.

Great pic of a young Pep.

It may be worth pointing out that Ancelotti decided to take a year out after his time at Chelsea, but 6 months later, he became the new PSG manager.

I would be gutted if a class act like Pep ever became Man Utd's or Chelsea's Manager. I would love him to Manage us one day.

True...but I honestly think he would take the United job. When Fergie goes, it'll be one of the most prestigious jobs in world football and it'd be hard for anyone to turn down.

I don't think Bielsa is a shoe-in, I think Barca will try and get either Enrique or someone that knows the club throughout already including promoting the assistant.

Other than that AVB have been heavily linked the past day or so.

Dont forget Pep was a Centre half. Which makes the attacking football they play even more astounding.
                      He was a defensive midfielder.

Same difference in regards to his philosophy. My mistake though.

But after he was sacked, he opted to take a year out and didn't stick to it. I think if Pep does take a sabbatical, then he will though, just in time to join Man Utd.

Yeah I suppose but he's been harping on about it for so long. I actually wouldn't mind him going to United, never likely to stick around for too long and they can get used to constant chopping and changing like the rest of us. Their stability has been such a big part of their success.
