It would be nice if we used games like this to practice our style of play against decent teams. Patient build up, things we've practised on the training pitch. A style of play perhaps. What we often do is try to blitz them early, and if we don't then we get frustrated. And every time we get the ball we race up the other end of the pitch as fast as our legs can take us to try and score. The sad thing is we could win by 5 or 6 goals here and it won't make a blind bit of difference. Nice peno by Rooney though.
