Anyway, one month ago Smuda said that it would better if Lewandowski stays in Dortmund. Lewandowski`s manager used to play for Smuda so maybe it`s a ploy to force Borussia`s hand and give Lewandowski better contract. Wouldn`t suprise.

Or maybe I`m just clutching at straws and it`s time to start getting used to hate him

Not much of a Dortmund team left if true!
FFS, Kagawa and the goal machine Lewandowski, watch them go get Gotze too
      We come not to play.

Calm down Imy, we are getting Diame!!

And Downing says its not his fault.

And Adam will be fully fit.

Much like I didn't think signing Ashley Young would be much of an improvement on Nani and Valencia, I also don't believe signing another forward would make that much difference to Rooney, Hernandez and Berbatov. If they start signing midfielders or decent defenders, then I'll begin to worry.
If we are all only happy when we are really winning in the end, when your race finishes, what life would that be?

They need one maybe two central midfielders much more than they need forwards

Owen gone and Berbatov (if they can find a buyer) should be gone too.

So Lewandowski, Hernandez, Wellbeck and Rooney should provide an excellent goalscoring threat.

Their central midfield may be a weakness (a weakness that just lost out on the championship). They'll have Cleverley fully fit imo they just need one more.
                We come not to play.

I know that, I just don't think adding to the striking department will strengthen them all that much. A few decent CM's would make a massive difference IMO, but I don't think City will be too concerned if they change their forwards as they were already pretty strong up top.

I hope next season is the one where Giggs and Scholes start showing their age.

I also hope more teams have the balls to attack Man Utd, far too many happy not to lose.
                      We come not to play.

Yep, I really am expecting it to happen. And with Rio declining rapidly as well, I hope this really is the start of the end for them.

                        Actually, I just remembered....Phil Jones....

I thought Rio looked good last year when fit. A lot depends on how he Scholes and Giggs age. That said Fergie has usually started his team building by ensuring he has enough firepower to render defensive frailties a non-issue. Not signing a new CM though could prove a mistake.

                            RVP City move 'impossible'
Robin van Persie's father has claimed it would be 'impossible' for the Arsenal striker to join Premier League rivals Manchester City.............................
Now the striker's father, Bob, has ruled out the possibility of a switch to the Etihad and also moved to quell suggestions his son could be on the move to the Primera Liga.

"He'd never go to Manchester City as it's impossible he would play for another Premier League side that wasn't Arsenal," Bob van Persie is quoted as saying by El Mundo Deportivo.

"It would make no sense to go to Barcelona when they've already got Leo Messi.
"Real Madrid would be a good option, but they are not so much a team as a collection of star names, so he wouldn't really fit in there either."

I guess he never watched the way Mourinho turned this 'collection of star names' into a machine then.
