I know man. We said it when Cantona, Keane, Beckham, RVN and Ronaldo left but they've still managed to get results. However I think Chelsea and City will pull away from them next season unless United sign a couple of very good players.

Think I read yesterdsay that Chelsea got something like £47m for winning the CL. Dunno about the rest though.

I suspect some won't in the long run but over the years Real Madrid have shown that piling up very talented players and then picking the ones that work well together is a viable squad building philosophy.

Likewise. While it's impressive on the face of it - and they'll be exciting to watch - they seem to be buying a lot of similar attacking mid types. Not sure how they'll shoehorn them all into the side. Gonna be fascinating watching them though.

Yup.

All young players signed for large fees on large salaries. Even if they go 433 next season it's going to be some task keeping everyone happy.

The obvious new signing to be a bit more of a squad player is Marin I suppose. But if they add another one or two forwards / strikers this summer then it's going to be very interesting.
