mate is a huge Manc fan and would be happy to see him sold. Wellbeck, Hernendez, RVP, Kagawa - more than enough cover.

Obviously I live near OT and know loads of United fans. They pretty much would all sell him for big money.

He's on £250k a week and you won't find a single United fan who thinks his performances warrant that kind of layout. If they sold Rooney they obviously wouldn't rely on RVP, Hernandez and Welbeck - they'd buy another.

I agree mate, they're both better but I reckon Real/Mourinho would take him.

I tend to agree with Madrid but if and it looks like they might be slowing down in the market with FFP in place then I don't think they would bother spunking Rooney money on an area they don't really need to improve.

City crossed my mind but Tevez has settled it seems and Fergie doing a deal with City for one of his top players seems unlikely.. Remember the fuss of Heize.

Bigtime! Obviously Rafa, Hyypia, Carra, Garcia etc were the main guys but him, Mellor, Djimi (especially) and even Le Tallec all contributed on that run.
