When the loan window opens this/next week, do you reckon we will be after anybody to help bulster squad numbers? Are there any good loanees available or can we make a cheeky loan enquiery!? If utd are looking at a jan move for dameao, and if there was some truth that he was offered to us on loan, could we still try and get him in on loan? Would be useful to have if he will be the 'next big thing'.

Don't think we can bring anyone in on loan.......free agents/released players that's it.
Loan window is only for Championship sides, and even then its restricted by length of contract. We can bring in emergency keepers if first team members are banjaxed, but that's about it.
              Open to correction of course.

Even bringing in free agents is only feasible because we haven't submitted a full 25 man squad for the PL, so we have space available.
That said, I don't think we'll be bringing in anyone anyhow........sure, we're in great shape.

FIFA has refused to ratify the loan transfer of Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe to Everton from Club Brugge.

The Toffees agreed a late deal a week ago and believed the required documentation had been submitted just before last Friday's 11pm deadline.

However, the move required the green light from world football's governing body and a week later FIFA has decided not to rubber-stamp the deal for the 23-year-old midfielder.

Everton said in a statement on the club's official website: "The decision comes despite both the Football Association and Premier League giving their full support to the loan agreement and Everton lodging the relevant signed paperwork in advance of the international transfer deadline on August 31."

Everton confirmed the club will consider "all available options" before discussing the issue further.
That rug really tied the room together.

Everton star Marouane Fellaini has dropped a bombshell by claiming that this season will be his last at Goodison Park.
The all-action Belgian has emerged as one of the best midfielders in the Premier League since his £15million move from Standard Liege in 2008, and he has started the season in blistering form.
But, speaking to a newspaper in his homeland, the 24-year-old has revealed that he wants to leave the club at the end of this season, or perhaps even during the January transfer window.
'I am just starting my fifth season at Everton, this will be one of my last. I have seen everything. In January or at the end of the season I will turn to another club or championship,' Fellaini is quote as saying in Het Nieuwsblad

Fellaini is contracted to the Toffees until 2016 but, as displayed by the recent sale of Jack Rodwell to Manchester City, manager David Moyes would be willing to cash in should a significant profit be made from the transfer.
Chelsea have been consistently linked with the 35-cap international over the last few years, while Real Madrid were also tracking Fellaini in the summer and could be tempted to make a move.

                        £160 million quid.

Real Madrid would be willing to sell Cristiano Ronaldo, 27, for a 200m euros (£160.15m) fee if they cannot resolve his current situation at the club.

I doubt even PSG or City would pay that.

I've just found out that David Bentley has gone on loan to a Russian club.

                            Strange career he's had.
