LOL mate, my diet's relatively **** most of the time, actually saying that, reading some of the ****e some people eat in the 'Diet thread', like ****ing crisps and chocolate bars and all that ****, I'm doing pretty well. I never eat chocolate (apart from at ONE of my mates - incidentally the place I take drugs
), don't eat biscuits, actually, don't eat anything sweet apart from fruit sometimes and yoghurt, proper organic yoghurt, not like mars bar 'yoghurt'. I always eat salad, although it's a ****ing pain to prepare, but once you get on it every day and then you don't have it for 2 days, your body lets you know!!!
I eat LOTS of meat, meat on bread, meat on meat, meat during meals, but then again, we're in Germany in the countryside. S'what you do - eat meat and drink beer!
