Laudrup has only just officially took over at Swansea. As Rodgers mentioned we're giving them an opportunity to speak to Sigurdsson before we move in.

I'd still say it's nailed on though, by all accounts he's pretty much verbally agreed to join us.

I think there will be much more progress on this deal next week.

Sigurdsson might well be on his hols but Rodgers came back sometime last week and has been in Liverpool most of last week and this according to various reports
